The AAWIL Conference is a signature program of the Boston-based Asian Sisters Participating in Reaching Excellence (ASPIRE), the first organization nationally to use cross-generational and female-based mentoring and networking to empower Asian American girls. This year's theme, "Making It Count!," focuses on how Asian American women are making a difference at their jobs, in their schools, and in their communities.
