In this webinar, Katie Naftzger, LICSW will explore the dynamics of suicide in the adoption community. She will include current statistics and experiences from her clinical work. She will also discuss the challenges of ones’ life beginning with loss and the meaning that holds in the emotional life of adoptees throughout their lives.


Katie Naftzger, LICSW,  As a Korean-adoptee Katie lives in adoption. As a psychotherapist, she sees individuals and families who are touched by adoption. In her work, she stresses the importance of families feeling empowered.
