This class is taught by James Beard-nominated Irene Li, one of the sibling co-owners of Mei Mei, and covers everything you need to make dumplings at home, from hand-folded shapes to perfect pan-searing techniques to custom built dipping sauces. You’ll get to fold as many dumplings as you can eat while you sip a non-alcoholic drink (or grab a glass of wine or craft beer at the cash bar). Take home a recipe card and all the tips and tricks you need to host your very own home dumpling party!
